Changes to WCU Constitution 18/01/2010

This from John Thornton:

Hello all,

The WCU is currently trying to put together changes to the constitution, partly to try and bring it up to date, and partly to reflect the feelings after the WCPL problems in the 2007-8 season.

The WCU Management Board wanted there to be wide consultation on any proposed change.

A document with suggested amendments is attached. (Click Here)

If you have any comments you wish to make about these, they can be sent in writing to
 Howard Williams <howard.swnynant@btinternet.com>

If you wish to discuss anything otherwise on this matter, the other members of the subcommittee currently looking at changes are John Thornton, Wilf Arnold, and Ian Eustis.

The intention is, I believe, to put approved changes to a Special General Meeting some time before the next AGM.
